Its staff guide and supervise play for children ages 1–6; older siblings may sometimes be accommodated, and the separate Late Lane program extends to age 12. Caregivers can stay in the Play Lane or remain at the partner businesses next door, but must stay on site. Walk-ins are welcome and reservations are available. Food stays out of the play area, with café and reception areas used for snacks. Private parties and special events can change weekend access, so check current announcements and the booking calendar before visiting.
