Parents stay with their children and supervise play, and everyone entering the playground needs socks. Published public hours are Friday afternoons and evenings, Saturday and Sunday; the venue directs visitors to Facebook for holidays. Basic and Standard birthday packages provide a private party room while the playground and cafeteria remain open to other visitors. The Private package gives the group exclusive use of the venue.
