Editorial notes
What stands out
Worth knowing about if your kids love trampolines, foam pits, and gym-style movement play, but it behaves more like a scheduled activity center than a classic open-play venue.
Good fit
- Toddlers ages 2-6 who need an indoor weekday wiggle break
- School-age kids who enjoy trampolines, ninja elements, and foam-pit play
- Families planning an active birthday party rather than a café-style celebration

Read more about this location
Gym406 is primarily a gymnastics and ninja training facility, but it also runs indoor play options that are relevant for Helena families looking for open-gym energy burners. The clearest public options are Preschool Open Gym for ages 2-6 on Monday and Wednesday mornings and First Fridays Open Gym for school-age kids, plus birthday parties that use the full gym, foam pit, warped walls, and ninja equipment. This is a stronger fit for families who like gym-style movement play than for anyone seeking a full-time all-day indoor playground. For toddlers, the weekday preschool slot is the most directly on-target option.
